We dispatch your order directly from our shop in Tangstedt near Hamburg, carefully packed and sent on its way as quickly as possible.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.95 and takes 2–4 working days with DHL. From an order value of €100.00 we ship free of charge, express shipping costs €19.00.

Order value (standard shipping)
- Stock items usually leave our premises within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.
- Special order items (marked accordingly in the shop) are ordered fresh from the manufacturer. Delivery time is approx. 2–3 weeks. We will keep you updated by email.
- Collection in the shop: Order online and collect your goods free of charge in Tangstedt, fitting and personal advice included.
- Returns: 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers. Details in our right of withdrawal information.
Weight limit: We ship orders up to a total weight of 15 kg (including packaging) as a parcel. Heavier orders, for example several bags of feed, can be conveniently collected from our pick-up station. You can see the approximate weight in the cart.
Do you also deliver to other EU countries?
Yes, we deliver to all countries of the European Union, for example to Austria, the Netherlands or Denmark. Shipping is with DHL and takes 4–8 working days. The costs depend on the total weight of the order including packaging. Express shipping and free shipping are only available within Germany.

We do not deliver to Switzerland or other countries outside the EU.
How does the pick-up station in Tangstedt work?
Order and pay Mon–Fri by 17:00 and your goods will be ready for collection in our pick-up station at the shop from 18:00 on the same day. On Saturdays, pay by 13:00 and collect from 14:00. The goods will remain in the box for you for 3 days. Orders over 15 kg are only available for collection.
Select the shipping method Pick-up station at checkout and collect your order around the clock from our pick-up station at the shop, with no waiting time and independent of our opening hours. Collection is free of charge.

Collection days: Mon–Sat. If you pay after the cut-off time or on a different day, you can collect on the next collection day from the stated time. What counts is when we receive your payment. For prepayment by bank transfer, the relevant day is the day your transfer reaches us.
