Which Ariat Wellington Boots are available at Ahrens Reitsport?
We currently stock 10 items from Ariat in the Wellington Boots category priced from €109.00 to €230.00. Colours include olive, navy, grey, brown, olive green and darkolive. Depending on the model, they are available in sizes 37,5, 39, 40, 41, 38,5, 38, 41,5 and 6,5.
Can I see Ariat Wellington Boots in person in Tangstedt near Hamburg?
Yes, according to our current stock, all 10 items are available in our shop at Dorfring 2 in Tangstedt. There you can compare models and get advice, or you can order online with shipping or pick-up in store.
Can I ride in Ariat wellies?
Not with every model: Ariat explicitly marks the Kelmarsh Mid and the Woodstock as not suitable for riding. These wellies are intended for yard work, gardening and outdoor use, for example for mucking out or walking to the field.
For the saddle it is better to choose riding boots or paddock boots. Ask us if you are looking for a waterproof boot for both yard and saddle. In our shop in Tangstedt we also advise you on paddock boots and riding boots.
Which Ariat wellies are lined for winter?
The Burford Insulated is designed for winter and is lined with 3.5 mm thick neoprene. Ariat states a comfort range from -10 °C with a lot of movement to 10 °C with little movement. The leg is made from vulcanised rubber and is waterproof.
An EVA midsole cushions every step and the Duratread outer sole is designed for durability. An adjustable leather strap and a leather trim at the top of the leg complete the boot. With us you will also find the Burford Insulated with zip. The Kelmarsh Mid, on the other hand, has a lighter jersey knit lining.
What is the difference between the Ariat Kelmarsh Mid and the Woodstock?
The most important difference is the height: the Kelmarsh Mid has a leg height of 22.9 cm, the Woodstock 38.1 cm. The Kelmarsh Mid has a 3.8 cm heel, an adjustable nylon strap and a removable insole.
The Woodstock is made mostly from natural rubber, has a springy FLX Foam midsole and a leather strap with metal elements. Both models are waterproof and lined with jersey knit. A heel kick rim at the back of the heel makes it easier to pull off muddy boots.
What size do I need in Ariat wellies?
Ariat boots are often given in UK sizes. For women, UK 5 corresponds to EU size 38 and UK 6 to EU size 39. UK 6.5 corresponds to EU 40 and UK 7 to size 41. Ariat rounds the European sizes up to the next half size.
We stock the wellies in EU sizes between 37 and 46, and some models in UK sizes. Remember thick winter socks when you buy lined boots. The safest option is to try them on in the shop, where you can compare different models directly.
