Sprenger Turnado Bradoon 14mm Sensogan

Sprenger Turnado bradoon 14mm Sensogan small rings Item no. 40286 TURNADO bits represent a new generation of loose ring snaffles. Due to manufacturing constraints, the two mouthpiece sections of conventional single-jointed bits are of different lengths, which means that slightly more pressure is always exerted on one side. You can avoid this problem of uneven pressure distribution by using a TURNADO bit. The joint in the middle of these bits has been angled forward by 45° in order to ensure even pressure distribution on both edges of the tongue and to avoid pressure on the palate. This bit can counteract the horse’s natural crookedness and is often used for horses that tend to tilt or twist their heads. The rotation is indicated by a slightly roughened surface (sandblasting) on the mouthpiece in the central section of the bit. Ring size: 55mm Material: Mouthpiece: Sensogan Sides: stainless steel
