Sprenger Turnado Loose Ring Snaffle 16mm Sensogan

Sprenger Turnado loose ring snaffle 16 mm Sensogan large rings Item no. 40587 The TURNADO bits represent a new generation of loose ring snaffles. For manufacturing reasons, the mouthpiece arms of conventional single-jointed bits are of different lengths, which means that slightly more pressure is always exerted on one side. You can avoid this problem of uneven pressure distribution by using a TURNADO bit. The joint in the middle of these bits has been inclined forwards by 45° in order to ensure an even distribution of pressure on both sides of the tongue and to avoid pressure on the palate. This bit can counteract the natural crookedness of the horse and is often used for horses that tend to tilt or twist their head at the poll. The rotation is indicated by a slightly roughened surface (sandblasting) of the mouthpiece in the middle section of the bit. Ring size: 70 mm Material: Mouthpiece: Sensogan Side parts: stainless steel
