Manufacturers we coordinate
We work with the leading manufacturers in the industry and know their customisation options in detail. Otto Schumacher is our first choice for individual bridles in artisan quality. Eskadron and Kentucky offer extensive colour options for saddle pads and rugs. Casco and KEP customise helmets down to the smallest detail, including Swarovski. Pikeur produces clothing with personal embroidery and special colours. Many other manufacturers from our brand portfolio are also available for special requests. Just ask us and we will find the right way.

Can I return a custom-made item?
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for custom-made items: for goods that are made according to your personal specifications, the law excludes withdrawal for online and distance purchases (Section 312g(2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB). This is why we carefully clarify colours, materials and details with you before placing the order and check the result before we hand it over.
How long does a custom-made item take?
The time required depends on the manufacturer and on the scope of your wishes, which is why we specify the delivery time in the quote. After the consultation, we calculate your desired product and agree a realistic schedule. During production we keep you informed about the progress. For competitions or gifts it is best to allow a little buffer.
How much does it cost to have a bridle or saddle pad customised?
You will find out the price after the consultation in a transparent quote, because it depends on the product, the manufacturer and your wishes. Leather, colours, embroidery or embellishments affect the amount of work to very different degrees. We know the options available from each manufacturer and show you which version suits your ideas.
Will I see the result before I take it home?
Yes, the finished item is delivered directly to us and checked by us before we hand it over to you. The handover takes place in person in our shop in Tangstedt so you can take your time to look at your piece. You can also try on clothing or a helmet there straight away.
Do I have to contact the manufacturer myself?
No, we take care of the entire process with the manufacturer, from ordering through to delivery. We know the customisation options from manufacturers such as Otto Schumacher, Eskadron, Kentucky, Casco, KEP and Pikeur in detail and know what is possible. We are your point of contact for all questions about your custom-made item.
