Kanne-Fermentgetreide® is a lactic acid fermentation product that supports the restoration of an acid-base balance. The basis for this is a wholemeal bread made from certified organically grown wheat, rye and oats. The bread is produced with natural sourdough. After the addition of natural spring water this wholemeal bread is then subjected to a controlled (non-alcoholic) fermentation. In the process, vital electrolytes, trace elements and vitamins pass into the liquid phase with the formation of D- and L-lactate (in equal proportions), with the cereal bread acid taking on a special role.
