Cavallo Women's Gilets

Cavallo gilets for women are available in sizes 32 to 46, and according to the manufacturer the products are true to size. The size chart for women’s tops applies: size 36 (S) fits a bust measurement of 88 to 92 cm and a waist of 76 to 80 cm, size 38 (M) fits 92 to 96 cm bust and 80 to 84 cm waist, size 40 (L) fits 96 to 100 cm bust.

The Cavalhybrid Vest is a very lightweight, sporty gilet with faux down fill. The front and back are horizontally quilted, the side panels, collar and front yoke are made from smooth contrast fabric. According to Cavallo the gilet is water-repellent, windproof and insulating, and has reflective details.

The outer material is 88% polyester and 12% elastane, the lining is polyester. It also features a two-way zip, two zipped pockets and an elastic binding at the armhole. We stock the Cavalhybrid Vest in Black and Darkblue.

If you are looking for protection from wind and wet, the Cavaldiana quilted gilet is suitable, and if you are mainly interested in cosy warmth, the Cavaldiya fleece gilet is the right one. The Cavaldiana has a slightly oversized cut, is filled with faux down and, according to Cavallo, is water-repellent, windproof and hard-wearing. The hood can be removed or buttoned to the back, and there is a mobile phone pocket inside.

The Cavaldiya is made of soft polyester mink fleece and has a stand-up collar, ribbed hem and zipped pockets. We stock the Cavaldiana in Black and the Cavaldiya in Latte.

Cavallo was founded in 1978 in Bad Oeynhausen as a manufacturer of riding boots and has been based in Löhne since it was taken over in 2018. What started with boots has since grown into a wide equestrian range that also includes paddock boots, half chaps, leisure shoes and care accessories.

Twice a year Cavallo launches a sportswear collection, which is also where the gilets come from. Since 2019 there has also been Cavallo Horsefashion, whose colours are each matched to the riding wear of the season.
