Pikeur Women's Gilets

Pikeur women’s gilets follow German clothing sizes, the starting point is your bust measurement. In the Pikeur size chart for women, size 36 corresponds to a bust measurement of 83 to 86 cm, size 38 to 87 to 90 cm and size 40 to 91 to 94 cm.

For size 42 Pikeur gives 95 to 98 cm, for size 44 99 to 104 cm and for size 46 105 to 110 cm. The chart is based on a height of 163 to 172 cm. We stock Pikeur women’s gilets in sizes 36 to 46 and in our shop in Tangstedt you can try on different sizes.

The three gilets differ mainly in material and features. The Quilted Vest 7002 is made of bi-elastic material (81% polyamide, 19% elastane) with a matt look, is water and wind resistant and has waterproof zips as well as Fibreball fill.

The Quilted Gilet 1004 is a lightweight gilet made of nylon with Fibreball fill and a thin hood that disappears into the collar. The Quilted Flexvest 2004 is tailored at the waist and features recycled Graphene Fibreball fill. According to Pikeur, heat-retaining lining at the sides is intended to provide additional warmth.

Yes, besides black we stock the Pikeur Quilted Vest 7002 in Nightblue, a dark blue, and also in Violet Breeze. We currently have the Quilted Gilet 1004 and the Flexvest 2004 in black.

Pikeur also mentions one practical point about the Quilted Vest 7002: it is suitable for use with the Freejump airbag vest. It has a stand-up collar, taped seams in the upper section and elastic on the inside at the armholes and hem.
