Kentucky Horsewear Exercise Sheets

The Exercise Sheet 160 g is lined and intended for hacks, warming up and cooling down in cold weather. The inside has faux rabbit fur that creates small air pockets, retains body heat, prevents rubbing and polishes the coat. On the outside, the diamond quilting with brown faux leather piping stands out.

According to Kentucky, the Heavy Fleece version is made from a fleece that feels like a wool blanket. It keeps your horse warm while warming up and allows sweat to evaporate while cooling down so that the coat dries quickly.

Kentucky’s exercise sheet is fastened in front of the saddle with a strong hook-and-loop fastening, and a fillet string keeps it in position at the back. This applies to the Exercise Sheet 160 g as well as to the Heavy Fleece version.

Kentucky also offers a Quarter Rug made from Heavy Fleece that is attached to the saddle with two hook-and-loop fastenings and also has a fillet string. In our shop in Tangstedt we are happy to discuss which shape suits your saddle and intended use.

Kentucky’s exercise sheets are machine-washable at 30 °C, and according to the manufacturer you should not use a tumble dryer. This applies both to the lined Exercise Sheet 160 g and to the Heavy Fleece models.

Kentucky offers both versions without waterproofing. They are intended for cold days in autumn, winter and spring, and according to the manufacturer the lined exercise sheet is also suitable for windy weather.
