Waldhausen Bandages

The three types differ in material and use. The Breath bandages are made from air-permeable polyester mesh, are 12.5 cm wide and about 350 cm long. The set of 4 comes with a Waldhausen bandage bag.

The knitted bandages made from acrylic are 10 cm wide and about 300 cm long, Waldhausen calls them stable and travel bandages. The Flex bandages are elastic and adhere to themselves, when stretched they measure 4.5 m with a width of 10 cm. According to the manufacturer they are suitable for many different uses. You are very welcome to talk to us in our shop about which bandage suits what you have in mind.

The reflective bandages make your horse more visible at dusk and in the dark. According to Waldhausen each bandage has two reflective stripes and the set is intended for all four legs. They are put on with two hook-and-loop fasteners, which is quick and does not require wrapping.

This is especially helpful for hacks during the darker months of the year if you are out early or late. You will find the set with us in neon yellow and in silver.

Bandage holders provide additional security for the wrapped bandage, and a bandage bag keeps it clean and tidy. The Waldhausen bandage holders are loops made of elastic webbing with hook-and-loop fasteners and come in a set of 4. They are placed around the finished bandage and hold it in place.

The Waldhausen bandage bag offers space for four bandages. The mesh insert ventilates the bandages so that residual moisture can escape. A bag of this type is already included with the set of 4 Breath bandages, and you will find the bandage holders with us as a separate set.
