GO-ON is a brand for leather riding gloves. At Ahrens Reitsport we stock GO-ON leather gloves for adults in three variants: a winter glove and a summer glove, each in natural leather, and a black leather glove.
This way you will find the right pair for every season and for both training and competitions. Riders who wear classic, elegant riding clothing often choose the black variant. You will find the right size most easily by trying them on in our shop in Tangstedt.
Which GO-ON glove is right for me?
That mainly depends on the season: for cold days there is the GO-ON winter glove, for the warm season the summer glove, both in natural leather. There is also a black leather glove that goes well with classic riding wear.
If you ride all year round, it is often worth having one pair for summer and one for winter. We are happy to show you the models in our shop.
How should leather riding gloves fit?
Leather gloves should fit closely but without pressure, because leather gives a little with wear. The fingertips of the glove should not extend beyond your fingers, so that you can feel the reins securely.
The best way to try on gloves is with your fist closed and in a rein-holding position. In our shop in Tangstedt you can compare different sizes directly. If your size is not in stock, we will order it for you.
How do I care for my GO-ON leather gloves?
After riding, wipe leather gloves lightly with a damp cloth if needed and let them dry in an airy place, not on the radiator. Drying too quickly at a high temperature makes leather brittle.
After cleaning, a leather balm helps to keep the material supple. We are happy to discuss suitable care products with you in our shop.
