Döbert at Ahrens Reitsport
Döbert is a brand for leather equipment for horses that is represented in equestrian shops mainly with bridles, double bridles, headcollars and spur straps. Typical products are classic leather bridles, some with patent piping or decorative stones.
At Ahrens Reitsport you will find bridlework from Döbert such as the models Mainz and Hamburg with Swedish flash noseband, a leather headcollar with brass fittings and spur straps in a classic design or in patent leather with rhinestones. We are happy to advise you in our shop in Tangstedt on size and fastening.
Which bit is suitable for my Döbert bridle?
Which bit is suitable depends on your horse’s mouth and on your way of riding, not on the bridle itself. For this, we offer bit fitting with Julia Lühr at Ahrens Reitsport, either in our shop or directly at your yard.
With Sprenger test bits you can try different bits before you decide. We also have a Sprenger Test Centre. This way you can find the right mouthpiece to go with your new bridle.
Can I have a Döbert bridle adjusted or repaired?
Yes, as part of our after-sales service we take care of adjustments, repairs and spare parts. This applies to bridles and headcollars as well as to many other pieces of equipment.
It is best to bring the bridle to our shop in Tangstedt so that we can look together at what is needed. If you have any questions you can also reach us by phone on +49 4109 252173 or by email at info@ahrens-reitsport.de.
Which spur straps from Döbert are available at Ahrens?
From Döbert we stock spur straps in two styles: the Münster model in a classic look with a round buckle and the Mainz model in patent leather with two rhinestones for an elegant appearance.
Spur straps should sit firmly without pinching. It is best to try them on with your riding boots. You can find matching spurs and riding whips in the same category in our shop.
