Ewalia at Ahrens Reitsport
Ewalia is a family business from St. Margarethen an der Raab in Styria that produces liquid herbal blends for horses and dogs. The name is made up of the first names of the founders Ewald and Cornelia Seidl. According to the company, the juices are produced in-house from pharmacopoeia-grade herbs, with no added sugar and no chemical preservatives.
At Ahrens Reitsport you will find various herbal juices from Ewalia for horses in 1-litre bottles, for example for nerves, stomach, gut, movement or the immune system.
Where does Ewalia come from?
Ewalia comes from Austria. The company is based in St. Margarethen an der Raab and was founded by Ewald and Cornelia Seidl, whose first names form the company name.
The initial idea came from Cornelia’s competition horse, which suffered from persistent coughing. Together with vets, the couple developed a first herbal juice. What started as production in their own kitchen became a manufacturing operation that moved into new premises in 2023.
What is contained in the Ewalia herbal juices?
The juices consist of concentrated herbal blends made, according to the manufacturer, from pharmacopoeia-grade herbs. Ewalia states that it does not use added sugar or chemical preservatives.
The exact composition and dosage can be found on the label of each variety. The juices are complementary feed and do not replace treatment. If your horse has health issues, please discuss their use with your vet beforehand.
Which Ewalia juices are available at Ahrens Reitsport?
We stock several Ewalia herbal juices for horses in 1-litre bottles. These include Nervensaft I and II, Magensaft, Darmvitalsaft, Bewegungssaft, Immunvitalsaft, Balancesaft and Herz-Kreislaufsaft.
You can see which varieties are in stock in the online shop. We are happy to advise you on your choice in our feed and care consultation. Please note that the loyalty card discount does not apply to feed.
