At Ahrens Reitsport you will find Stud Muffins in bags of 15 pieces.
Where do Stud Muffins come from?
Stud Muffins originally come from Canada. They were invented by Sandi Augustine, who at the time was running a yard with many horses and wanted to bake a special treat.
Likit Products have been responsible for manufacturing them since 2014. Today the muffins are baked in Ayrshire in Scotland, in the same factory as the well-known Likit products. According to the manufacturer, the recipe has remained the same for over 20 years.
What is in Stud Muffins?
According to the manufacturer, Stud Muffins are made from oats, barley, wheat, molasses, linseed and fenugreek. Food-grade raw materials are used and the muffins are handmade.
Because they contain molasses and cereals they are intended as an occasional reward. If your horse is sensitive to sugar or has a metabolic disorder, please discuss treats with your vet beforehand.
Is there a loyalty card bonus on Stud Muffins?
No, the loyalty card discount only applies to equestrian items, not to feed and treats. Stud Muffins are therefore excluded.
You can order the muffins online and have them delivered within Germany for €4.95, or free of charge for orders of €100 or more. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our pick-up station at our shop in Tangstedt, where the goods will be held for 3 days.
