Where is the brand Veredus from?

Veredus is from Italy. The brand belongs to KEP Italia srl, and its operational base is in Onè di Fonte in the Province of Treviso in Veneto.

According to its own account, it all started with the Biocare line, in other words care products for horses that Veredus still develops, tests and manufactures itself today. The brand is best known for brushing boots in show jumping. With the Vita Safety Line, Veredus now also offers riding helmets, an air vest and safety stirrups.

What is the difference between Carbon Gel Vento and Carbon Gel Absolute?

The main difference lies in the area that is protected. With the Absolute line, the protective layer made of carbon and gel extends from the flexor tendon to the fetlock, which means the leg is covered over a larger area. Vento also combines carbon with a gel film.

Both lines are double-ventilated: heat passes through micro-perforated neoprene into a channelling fabric, and air that flows in through an opening when the horse moves directs the heat upwards. Absolute has adopted this principle from Vento.

What are Magnetik stable boots from Veredus?

Magnetik stable boots are stable boots with integrated magnets for use during rest in the stable. Veredus offers them among other things as Stable Boot Evo for front and hind legs as well as in the 4 Hours version, and there are replacement pads available.

The manufacturer classes the line as a magnetic field therapy product. Please discuss with your vet whether such products make sense for your horse, especially if the horse has swollen legs or an injury.

Which Veredus brushing boots are suitable for daily training?

For daily training, Veredus has its own training brushing boots in the range, for example TRC-Vento for front and hind legs and TR Pro and TRH5, which are now available in a new version. By contrast, the manufacturer describes the Carbon Gel models as jumping boots.

For young show jumpers there are the Young-Jump models, which according to the manufacturer comply with the FEI rules for young horses. The best way to find out which boots are suitable for your horse is to try them on in our shop in Tangstedt.
